Halloween Candy Bag That Lasts a Lifetime

What you will need:

  • White Pillow Case
  • Fabric Paint:  we had good results from dimensional fabric paints and acrylic paints mixed with fabric mediums (Halloween colours such as black, orange, green etc.)
  • Glow in the dark paint (kids think its cool but ``us" parents think of it as safety;  you can paint around objects or just put straight lines and use as reflectors)
  • Rope

Cut a hole in the seam at the rim of the pillow cash, push the rope through and tie for a handle for little kids to carry this bag.

Take the pillow case using the fabric paint;   moms & tots can decorate as they wish;  pumpkins, witches, bats, spiders, etc., let dry for 12-24 hrs., (put wax paper in side of the pillow case;  the paint will soak though)
