Dipped Chocolate Treats

Make this easy dip for fruits, pretzels and more. This is a microwave recipe.

Ingredients:

  • ½ pound of chocolate
  • 1 to 2 tsp. Salad oil.

In 2-cup glass container, melt ½  pound chocolate on high until shiney; stir until smooth.

*for easier dipping you can stir in 1-2 tsp. salad oil.

Melting times

  • semisweet chocolate: 2-21/2 mins.
  • milk chocolate: 1 ½ to 1 ¾ mins.
  • white chocolate: 1 – 1 1/2 mins.

Use for dipping fruits, pretzel, truffles, etc. Recipe makes enough to dip 6 cup pretzels or 2 pints strawberries.
